About the Matawan Football Alumni Foundation

For generations, Matawan Football has represented more than wins and losses. It has built leaders, lifelong friendships, and a tradition of excellence that has united players, coaches, families, and the community for decades.

The Matawan Football Alumni Foundation was established to preserve that proud legacy while investing in its future. Our mission is to connect generations of Huskies by celebrating our history, honoring those who built the program, and supporting the student-athletes who wear the maroon and steel today.

Through alumni events, the Hall of Fame, historical preservation projects, and fundraising initiatives, we strive to ensure that the story of Matawan Football is never forgotten. From preserving game films dating back to 1959 to recognizing legendary coaches and players, we believe our history deserves to be celebrated and shared with future generations.

The Foundation has proudly awarded tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships to graduating student-athletes and continues to seek meaningful ways to support the Matawan Football program through equipment, facility enhancements, and special projects.

Whether you played one season or starred under the Friday night lights, you are part of the Matawan Football family. We invite every alumnus, supporter, parent, and friend of the program to stay connected, attend our events, share your memories, and help ensure that the tradition continues for generations to come.

Once a Husky. Always a Husky.
